Is it normal to sleep nude?

Someone I know mentioned they sleep nude for better comfort. I've always worn pajamas. Is it normal to sleep nude, or is it a bit uncommon here in India?

Sleeping nude is a personal preference. From a medical standpoint, if it helps you regulate body temperature and sleep better, it's generally considered healthy. However, if you have any skin conditions or concerns about hygiene, it's best to consult a dermatologist or your general physician. A good hospital doctor will give you clear advice.

Bhai, if you're comfortable and your room is private, then why not? It saves on laundry sometimes too! Just make sure the room temperature is fine so you don't catch a cold. It's not a big deal, just a personal comfort thing. No need to overthink it.

It's a matter of personal comfort and preference. Many people find it helps them sleep cooler and deeper. If it works for you and you feel good, there's no reason to think it's not normal. Efficiency in sleep is key, so whatever helps achieve that.

I actually prefer sleeping nude sometimes, especially during hot summer nights. It feels more liberating and cooler. I don't think there's anything abnormal about it if you're comfortable. It's just a personal choice for better sleep, in my experience.

It's totally fine to do what makes you comfortable for sleep. Sometimes, small things like what we wear (or don't wear) to bed can really impact our overall well-being and sense of freedom. Don't let anyone make you feel self-conscious about your comfort in your own home.

From a practical standpoint, sleeping nude can help with temperature regulation, especially if you tend to overheat. Just make sure your bedding is clean and changed regularly for good hygiene. If it enhances your sleep quality, it's a good thing. No medical red flags there generally.

Sleep nude? I'd sleep standing on my head if it guaranteed me 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep! Seriously though, if it helps you sleep better and you're not shivering or sweating too much, then go for it. Comfort is king when it comes to sleep.
