Is it harder to get pregnant with pcos?

My gynaecologist confirmed I have PCOS, and now we're thinking about starting a family. I'm feeling a bit anxious after reading some stories online. Is it harder to get pregnant with PCOS, or are there good success stories too?

It does make things a bit tricky because irregular cycles affect the timing. My wife had to cut down on her favorite late-night chole bhature and sweets to get her ovulation on track. It is hard to resist cravings, but balancing the diet really played a major role for us.

Listen, don't stress too much about what you read on the internet. Yes, PCOS makes the timing a bit unpredictable, but so many of my friends have beautiful babies now. Just focus on your health, take your vitamins, and let things happen naturally without putting pressure on yourself.

My wife and I went through this exact same phase last year. It took us about 9 months of tracking ovulation and visiting a gynecologist regularly before we got the good news. It is definitely harder than usual, but you just need to be consistent with the doctor's plan.

It can be hard, but you don't need to spend lakhs on expensive treatments right away. Start with simple solutions like reducing sugar, sleeping on time, and going for a 30-minute walk daily to regulate your periods. These basic changes solve half the problem for most people.

It is incredibly hard emotionally when you see negative test results month after month. I used to cry secretly feeling like my body was failing me and my family. Please know that your pain is completely valid, and it is okay to feel exhausted during this journey.

I completely panicked when I got my diagnosis, thinking I would never experience motherhood. But my doctor calmed me down and explained that with the right medication, ovulation can be easily managed. We conceived in our fourth cycle, so please don't lose heart, it is very common.

Yes, it takes a bit longer due to irregular periods, but it is definitely possible. Don't lose hope and consult a good doctor.

It is a bit of a struggle, yaar, because tracking ovulation becomes so confusing with irregular dates. But actually, once you meet a gynecologist who understands your body, they can easily guide you with basic medications. Don't overthink it, just take it step by step!
