Is it good to drink sprite after vomiting?

My daughter recently had a stomach bug and was vomiting a lot. My mother-in-law gave her some Sprite, saying it helps settle the stomach. Is it actually good to drink Sprite after vomiting?

I would avoid Sprite because the carbonation and high sugar can actually irritate a sensitive stomach even more. When my body is out of balance, I prefer getting basic checkups or consulting a doctor if vomiting doesn't stop. For hydration, ORS or simple coconut water is a much safer bet.

Hey, if your stomach is upset, skip the Sprite, buddy. The fizz can make you feel more bloated and nauseous. Just sip some plain warm water or light ginger tea slowly and rest. Don't stress too much, your stomach just needs a little time to settle down.

In our times, we never gave children aerated drinks when they were sick. Sprite has too much sugar which can make loose motions or vomiting worse. Sip on some light rice kanji water with a pinch of salt instead, it heals the stomach lining gently.

Your body has just gone through a lot of strain, so treat it with gentle care. Avoid artificial sugary drinks like Sprite right now and try comforting, natural fluids like barley water or plain water with lemon and honey. Stay positive, rest well, and let your body heal itself.

Sprite pine se ulti band nahi hogi, ulta gas banegi stomach mein. Simple electrolytic water or ORS piyo jisse body me pani ki kami na ho. Agar ulti bar-bar ho rahi hai, toh turant doctor ke paas jao, ghar pe baithkar cold drink mat piyo.
