Is it bad to take edibles every night to sleep?

My friend has been taking edibles every night to help him sleep better. I'm concerned about him. Is it bad to rely on edibles daily for sleep?

Har roz aisi cheezein lena sehat ke liye theek nahi hai. Sharir ko in sab ki aadat ho jati hai aur fir bina iske neend nahi aayegi. Aap thoda shaam ko tahliya karein aur ghar ka sada khana khayein, neend apne aap achhi aayegi.

With my thyroid issues, I have to be very careful about sleep and metabolism. Relying on any substance daily can affect your endocrine system and sleep cycles. It is always better to get regular blood checks and ask a doctor for safe sleep aids.

Agree with others here, daily reliance is not a good idea for long-term brain health. Try a warm bath before bed instead.

Honestly bro, taking them every night will just trash your tolerance and your budget. Plus, waking up with that heavy morning fog is the worst when you have classes. Better to keep it occasional and try fixing your sleep routine.

Hey, I get that sleeping is tough, but taking them every single night can make you super dependent. Don't stress too much, just try to cut down slowly and replace it with some relaxing music or deep breathing. Take care of yourself!

Haan yaar, daily basis pe lena toh sahi nahi hai na. Kuch time baad normal neend aana bilkul band ho jayega. Doctor se baat karke koi safe aur natural solution dhoondo toh better rahega.

I was actually reading a study about this recently. Daily use of edibles for sleep can disturb your REM cycle, meaning you won't feel fully rested in the morning. It's probably better to keep it for occasional use only.
