Is it bad to sleep with your phone?

My friends keep telling me I shouldn't keep my phone right next to my head when I sleep. I use it for my alarm, so it's always there. Is it really that bad for health?

Honestly, keeping it right next to your head is definitely not a good habit. Better to keep it on a side table at least.

I used to worry so much about phone radiation causing long-term brain issues that I couldn't sleep. While the science is still debating it, the anxiety itself will surely ruin your health. Try to keep it on a table far away from your bed just for peace of mind, it really helps calm the nerves.

I also tend to sleep with my phone on the bed because of my morning alarm. Is it really that bad for our health even if it is on silent mode? Please let me know if keeping it on airplane mode helps with this.

In our times we didn't have these worries, but now even I got addicted to reading on phone before sleeping. I realized it was ruining my sleep quality completely, so I started keeping it in the next room from last year. Trust me, my morning headaches just disappeared and I feel much more fresh now.

For proper muscle recovery and deep sleep, you need to cut out screen time at least 30 mins before bed. If your phone is right there, you will end up checking notifications instead of letting your body rest. Treat sleep like a part of your daily fitness routine and keep the phone away.

Bro same here, I used to keep it under my pillow every single night. But then I read about radiation and screen light messing up sleep cycles, so now I try to keep it at least on the desk. It actually helped me stop late night scrolling too.

Why keep it on the bed and risk it falling down or getting warm under the blanket? Just buy a cheap alarm clock from the market for your morning wake-up and put the phone on charging near the switchboard. Simple solution, no unnecessary stress ghar pe.
