Is it bad to sleep naked?

I've heard some people say sleeping naked is more hygienic and good for your body, but others say it's not. I usually sleep with light clothes on. Is there any actual benefit or harm to sleeping naked?

At my age, with joint pains and mid-night heat flashes, wearing minimal clothes is a blessing! Just make sure your bedroom door is locked properly so you don't have an awkward moment if the kids burst in looking for the TV remote.

Actually, it helps regulate body temperature, which might even save you money on AC bills in the summer! No need to buy expensive cooling sheets or fancy pajamas. Just ensure your bedsheets are washed regularly to prevent skin infections, which saves on dermatologist fees later.

I cannot speak on any medical benefits, but I personally started doing this during the humid monsoon months and it really helped reduce my skin rashes. It just feels much more airy and comfortable after a tiring day.

Haan na, actually our skin needs to breathe after wearing tight jeans and formal clothes all day. Sleeping without tight clothes is very relaxing, especially in our hot weather. Just make sure the blankets are soft and clean!

Look, it is a personal choice and there is nothing unhygienic or bad about it if you keep your bedding clean. Just wear a light cotton boxer or lungi if you live in a joint family, so you are comfortable in case of any night emergency.
