Is internal fever dangerous?

My son often complains of feeling very hot inside, even when his skin doesn't feel warm to touch, and he gets lethargic. My mother-in-law calls it 'internal fever'. Is this internal fever actually dangerous, or is it just a common thing?

Please do not rely on random online forums or home remedies for something like an internal fever feeling. It could be due to an underlying infection, fatigue, or inflammation. You need to verify this with a qualified doctor and get a proper thermometer reading first.

If you are feeling hot from the inside but the thermometer shows a normal temperature, it is often just fatigue or stress. However, if you actually have a high fever or body aches, do not sit at home. Go to a clinic, get your blood tests done, and get diagnosed properly.

We often call it 'andaruni bukhar' or internal fever when we feel weak and warm but there is no thermometer reading. Sometimes it is just a sign that your body needs rest or you are dehydrated. Rest well, drink coconut water, and if the feeling persists for more than two days, definitely consult a doctor.

When you have that warm, fatigued feeling, it is best to avoid heavy workouts or gym sessions. Stick to light stretching or a very gentle walk only if your doctor says it is okay and you feel up to it. Rest is the most important thing when your body is fighting something.

I know exactly how scary and unsettling it feels when your body feels hot inside but nothing shows up on the thermometer. I used to panic thinking it was some major disease. Please take a deep breath, rest your body, and visit a doctor to clear your doubts so you can feel at peace.
