Yes, if left untreated, hyperthyroidism can cause issues like heart palpitations and weak bones. But the practical solution is simple: get a T3, T4, TSH blood test and show it to an endocrinologist. Regular daily medication can easily control it.

I was diagnosed with a hyperactive thyroid five years ago and lost a lot of weight suddenly. It can be dangerous for your heart if ignored, but with proper anti-thyroid pills, it is completely manageable. Take your meds on empty stomach daily and track your levels every 3 months.

It can be so scary when your heart starts racing and you lose weight without trying, I went through the same mental anxiety. It feels dangerous, but once you start treatment, the symptoms improve and you get your life back. Please see a doctor soon to ease your mind.

Please do not ignore this like I did. I ignored my rapid weight loss and sweating for six months, which led to severe heart palpitations and a hospital visit. Get your blood tested immediately and see a specialist doctor, it is not something to take lightly.

Haan na, it can become dangerous if you don't treat it on time because it affects your heart rate. But don't worry, once you start the daily tablets, everything comes back to normal. Just get a quick doctor checkup done, ho na.

An overactive thyroid speeds up your metabolism, which can put strain on your heart and lead to complications like arrhythmia if ignored. It is not something to panic about, but it definitely needs medical intervention. Consult an endocrinologist for proper treatment.
