Is hydrocodone good for tooth pain?

I've been having terrible tooth pain since yesterday, and it's making it hard to eat or sleep. My friend offered me some hydrocodone he had. Is hydrocodone good for tooth pain, or should I just go to the dentist?

OMG, tooth pain is the worst! Hydrocodone is a strong painkiller, so it probably *will* help with the pain, but like, it's not a solution for the actual tooth problem. Don't just take that and ignore the dentist, okay? Go get it checked ASAP, don't stress too much about the temporary pain relief.

For severe pain, hydrocodone can definitely provide relief. But it's a powerful drug and needs a prescription. It's not a long-term solution. Think of it like taking a painkiller for a sprained ankle instead of getting physiotherapy – it masks the problem. Get to a dentist quickly!

My son had severe toothache once, and the dentist gave him something strong for the pain until the root canal. Hydrocodone is a prescription opioid, so it's very effective for severe pain. But it's only a temporary fix. You absolutely need to see a dentist to address the root cause, beta.

Tooth pain is seriously scary, I get so anxious just thinking about it! I know hydrocodone is strong, so it should help, but isn't it like, really addictive? Has anyone used it for tooth pain and felt weird after? I'd be worried about the side effects.

Haan, hydrocodone bohot strong hota hai. Agar doc ne prescribe kiya hai toh pain mein toh relief dega hi dega. Lekin bhai, yeh bas pain killer hai, daant ka ilaj nahi. Dentist ke paas jaana hi padega, warna problem badh jayegi na.

I heard hydrocodone is a really potent opioid painkiller, so for severe tooth pain, it would likely be very effective. But it's also a controlled substance and comes with risks like dependence and side effects. It's definitely not something you just take without a proper dental consultation and prescription.
