Is hot weather bad for eczema?

During summers, my skin gets really irritated and my eczema patches become itchier. I've heard hot weather can be bad for eczema. Is there any truth to this, or is it just the sweat causing issues?

Humare yahan jab garmi badhti hai, toh paseene ki wajah se khujli aur badh jaati hai. Aap thoda thande paani se nahayein aur suti kapde hi pehnein, isse skin ko aaram milega.

Hot weather and sweat can definitely irritate eczema patches during outdoor workouts. Try to do your walking or exercises in the early morning when it is cooler, and shower immediately with lukewarm water to keep the sweat from sitting on your skin.

Garmi mein paseene ki wajah se skin bohot khujli karti hai, ho na! I also face this every summer. It is best to stay in the AC or fan and wear loose cotton clothes to avoid rashes.

Beta, the summer sweat is very harsh on sensitive skin. Try bathing with neem water, as neem has natural cooling and antiseptic properties, but do not use harsh soaps. If the skin is very red and bleeding, please show it to a doctor immediately.

I also find that summer heat makes my skin rash flare up terribly. Keeping the room cool and applying a light moisturizer helps soothe the irritation.
