Is honey bad for your liver?

My father recently had some liver issues, so I've become more aware of what affects the liver. I use honey quite often in my cooking and drinks. Can honey be bad for your liver if consumed regularly?

Dude, I heard too much fructose isn't good for the liver, and honey has fructose. So if you're like, eating tons of honey, it probably isn't great. But in moderation, like anything else, I don't think it's an issue. I have a little in my tea sometimes, never felt anything wrong.

Listen, anything in excess is bad. Honey is natural, true, but it's still sugar. Too much sugar, in any form, can be hard on your liver over time. So, have it sparingly. Simple. Don't overthink it but don't overeat it.

For liver health, especially if there are existing conditions or concerns like fatty liver, controlling sugar intake is vital. Honey contains fructose, and excessive fructose can be processed by the liver. So, while a little bit might be okay, large amounts or regular heavy consumption might not be ideal. It's always best to discuss with your doctor.

Ho na, honey has fructose, and too much fructose can put strain on your liver over time. But if you take it in small quantities, I don't think it's a big problem. Everything in balance, na? My doctor says to just not go overboard with any sweet thing.
