Is hepatitis b infectious?

My brother's friend has hepatitis B, and he's coming to stay with us. My mother is really worried about us catching it. Is hepatitis B infectious?

Haan beta, yeh bimari failti hai. Lekin jaise sardi-khansi nahi, yeh khoon se ya doosre sharirik dravyon se failti hai. Dhyaan rakhna chahiye, sab suraksha se raho.

Oh, this is one of those things that makes me overthink everything. Yes, it's infectious, which is why precautions are so important. It's good to be aware, but don't let it consume you with worry. Just be informed and careful.

Yeah, it is infectious, but not like you catch it from gym equipment or air. It's about bodily fluids, so focus on general hygiene and safe practices. A strong immune system from a good diet and exercise helps your body in general, too.

From what I understand, Hepatitis B is indeed infectious, but it's not spread through food or casual contact. So, vegetarian diet principles of hygiene are always good, but this particular virus spreads differently. Don't worry about sharing food, for example.

I can only share what I've learned from my doctor. Yes, it's infectious, and they explained how it can spread through certain contacts. For actual medical advice on how infectious it is and what precautions to take, please consult a healthcare professional.
