Is hepatitis a airborne virus?

My neighbour's child got hepatitis A, and I'm a little worried about my own kids. Can hepatitis A spread through the air, like a cough or sneeze? I want to take precautions if it's airborne.

Hepatitis A is not an airborne virus, it does not spread through breathing. It primarily spreads through contaminated water and food. Keep your body pure, drink clean boiled water, and maintain good hygiene to stay safe.

Do not carry fear in your heart, it is not an airborne illness that you can catch from the wind. It is transmitted through contaminated food and water. Cleanliness and a peaceful mind will keep you healthy and protected.

No, it doesn't spread through the air like a cold. Hepatitis A is spread when you consume food or water contaminated by an infected person. That is why I always emphasize eating clean, home-cooked vegetarian meals and avoiding raw food outside.

In all my years, I have seen many outbreaks of jaundice, which is often Hepatitis A. It never spreads through the air. It is always about clean drinking water, so just ensure your water purifier is working fine and you will be safe.

No way, it is definitely not airborne. You won't get it just by sitting next to someone who is breathing or coughing. It's mostly about contaminated street food or water, so just watch where you eat.

My mother always told us to boil drinking water, especially during monsoon, because Hepatitis A spreads through contaminated water, not through the air. Our family doctor also confirmed that maintaining strict hand hygiene is the best way to prevent it.
