Is greek yogurt good for fatty liver?

My doctor mentioned I have fatty liver, and I'm trying to change my diet. Someone suggested Greek yogurt, saying it's good for liver health. Is Greek yogurt really beneficial for fatty liver?

For liver issues, I always prefer natural home-made curd (dahi) without any sugar as it is cooling and light. Greek yogurt is also good because it has less sugar and high protein, but if you have severe abdominal pain or fatigue, please don't rely only on food and see a doctor immediately.

Keep your mind positive, as stress can also affect our digestion and liver health. Plain Greek yogurt is a clean, nurturing food that provides good bacteria to the gut, which helps the liver heal. Eat it mindfully and take care of your health.

Bro, don't stress too much about your fatty liver report. Plain Greek yogurt is actually a great option because it is high in protein and low in carbs, which helps reduce liver fat. Just avoid the flavored ones which are full of sugar syrup!

Humare yahan toh ghar ka banaya dahi hi sabse badhiya mante hain liver ke liye. Agar aap bazaar wala greek yogurt le rahe hain, toh bina meethe wala plain lena. Liver ke liye meetha bilkul accha nahi hota hai, apna khyal rakhiyega.

Fatty liver means you need to cut down on sugars and bad fats immediately. Plain Greek yogurt is good because it gives you clean protein without the extra carbs. But buy the unsweetened one; don't eat those strawberry or mango flavored ones thinking they are healthy.
