Is grade 2 fatty liver dangerous?

I just got my checkup results, and the doctor mentioned I have 'grade 2 fatty liver'. He told me not to worry too much but I'm still a bit scared. Is grade 2 fatty liver dangerous, or is it something manageable?

Bro, I got diagnosed with Grade 2 fatty liver last year after a routine ultrasound. It's not immediately dangerous, but it is definitely a big wake-up call to fix your diet and hit the gym. I cut down on junk food and beer, and my liver enzymes are much better now.

Do not panic, child. I had Grade 2 fatty liver fifteen years ago. With regular walking, eating simple home-cooked food, and avoiding fried stuff, my liver health recovered completely. The liver is a very forgiving organ if you treat it well.

It's basically your liver telling you, 'Boss, please stop ordering samosas every evening!' It is not a death sentence, but more of a yellow card. Just start eating green veggies and walk a bit, and your liver will stop complaining!

Please don't listen to people online selling miracle liver detox juices. Grade 2 fatty liver needs a proper medical evaluation by a gastroenterologist. Get your LFT blood tests done and follow whatever your doctor advises instead of trying random internet tips.

I just received my ultrasound report showing Grade 2 fatty liver and I am really scared to be honest. Is it true that this can lead to permanent damage if I don't change my lifestyle immediately? What is the very first step I should take?

My husband was diagnosed with Grade 2 fatty liver during a corporate health checkup. It felt super scary at first, but our doctor reassured us that it is completely reversible. We just switched to brown rice, stopped outside food, and he is doing great now.
