Honestly, for a healthy liver, nothing beats a balanced diet with lots of fresh fruits and veggies, and cutting down on processed foods and alcohol. That's what my elders always said. Glutathione is a supplement, and while it's an antioxidant, if you have serious liver issues, please don't rely on supplements. Go to a specialist doctor, get proper tests, and follow their advice. Natural care for prevention, doctor for treatment.

For something as important as the liver, you must be extremely cautious. While glutathione is marketed for liver health and detoxification, taking it as a supplement isn't always without risk or proven benefit for everyone. It's imperative that you consult a hepatologist or a general physician first. They can assess your liver function and tell you if it's genuinely needed and safe for your specific condition. Don't take unnecessary risks.

Namaste. In our homes, we always believe in good, wholesome food for liver health, like turmeric and lots of vegetables. Glutathione is a supplement, and while it sounds promising, especially as an antioxidant, every individual's body is different. My family doctor always advises that for something as important as the liver, it is best to consult a specialist. Please do that, they will guide you properly.

Glutathione is a powerful antioxidant naturally produced by the body, crucial for many cellular processes, including liver detoxification. As a supplement, some studies suggest potential benefits for liver health, especially in certain conditions. However, the efficacy and safety can vary greatly depending on the individual's health status and the form of glutathione. Therefore, consulting a medical professional, ideally a hepatologist, for personalized advice is always the most prudent approach.

Yeah, I've seen glutathione trending a lot for detox and liver stuff, especially on social media. It's like, supposed to be a super antioxidant. But my biology professor always says that supplements aren't magic, and your body makes its own glutathione too. If you have liver issues, you def need a real doctor, not just some supplement hype.
