Both ginger and turmeric have anti-inflammatory properties, which is generally good for the liver. However, if someone has an existing liver condition, they should definitely check with their doctor before adding any new supplements. Our bodies react differently, so better safe than sorry.

For liver health, ginger and turmeric are often recommended in Ayurveda, yes. But it's about moderation, not overdoing it. A small amount in your daily cooking is usually beneficial, but high doses or supplements without consulting a doc can be tricky. Balance is key!

I use both in my daily cooking because they're good for overall health, and for me, managing diabetes means watching everything. They help with inflammation which is a big deal. But I always measure quantities, especially with powders, to avoid any extremes. Less is often more.

I really regret ignoring some subtle signs once, thinking I could fix it with 'natural' remedies. Please, if you're asking, maybe there's something you're worried about. Just go for a checkup, get proper advice. Don't make the mistake I did; your health is too important to guess with.

Honestly, I tried a lot of home remedies for various things, and once I had a complication because I self-medicated with a 'natural' remedy. Please, please talk to a doctor. Even natural things can have strong effects, especially on an organ like the liver. Don't risk it.

Yeah, I put a bit of ginger in my morning detox water and turmeric in curries for the anti-inflammatory benefits. Along with that, regular exercise, even just a brisk walk for 30 mins, and eating clean does wonders for liver health. But obviously, check with a doc if you have any liver issues.
