Is garlic good for tooth pain?

My grandfather always used to say to put a clove of garlic on a toothache. Since yesterday my wisdom tooth has been paining a lot, so I was wondering if this home remedy actually works or if I should just go to the dentist.

Garlic has antimicrobial properties, so some people use it as a home remedy for tooth pain. However, it's a temporary fix, not a treatment. If you have severe tooth pain, you need to see a dentist, not just rely on garlic.

Oh god, tooth pain! Been there, done that. I've tried everything under the sun, including putting garlic paste. It gives a little relief because of the strong sensation, but trust me, it doesn't fix the cavity or infection. You'll just have garlic breath and still need the dentist! 😂

Listen, for tooth pain, it's easy to look for quick fixes. Garlic can have some mild antiseptic properties, which might reduce the pain temporarily, but it won't treat the underlying problem like a cavity or infection. The best thing you can do is consult a good dentist, they will properly identify the cause and relieve your pain for good.

Hey! Tooth pain is the absolute worst, I feel you! While some people try garlic for temporary relief, it's mostly a home remedy to ease the ache for a bit, not a cure. Don't stress too much, just make sure to get to a dentist soon, okay? That's the real solution!

Dude, tooth pain is literally hell! My dadi once told me to put garlic paste, and it kind of helped for like 5 minutes? But then the pain came back. You def need a dentist, that's what I did when my wisdom tooth hurt like crazy.

For my BP, I learned that home remedies can help general well-being but are not cures. For tooth pain, garlic might numb it a little, but it's not going to solve the root cause. You need to visit a dentist for proper diagnosis and treatment. Don't delay dental checkups, they affect overall health too.
