I totally get why you're asking this, kidney health is so important and we want to do everything right. From what I've read and heard, garlic can be good due to its anti-inflammatory properties, but for kidney issues, it's always best to check with your doctor first as every case is different.

It's so confusing trying to find out what's good or bad when it comes to kidney health, I felt the same way. Every little thing becomes a worry. What I learned is, while garlic has benefits, if you have existing kidney problems, you really need to be careful and follow your doctor's exact advice.

Natural things are always better na. Garlic is good for many things, like boosting immunity and all. For general health, it's fine. But for specific kidney issues, don't rely only on home remedies, please talk to a doctor. Kidney is serious.

Haha, are you trying to make your kidneys smell like biryani? 😂 Jokes aside, garlic is generally good for health, but if you have a kidney condition, everything changes. Better to ask your nephrologist if your kidneys are on the 'garlic welcome list' or not!

Ugh, another health question keeping me up at night! 😂 Honestly, I put garlic in everything because it tastes good and I assume it's healthy. But for specific organs like kidneys, my sleep-deprived brain says 'ask a doctor, don't guess!'

I had some kidney concerns a few months back. My doctor actually said small amounts of garlic are fine, even beneficial for general health. But she also stressed not to go overboard, especially if kidney function is compromised. Listen to your body and your doctor!

At the hospital where I get my check-ups, they always emphasize personalized advice. Garlic can have benefits, but for kidney health, dosage and existing conditions matter a lot. Please consult your nephrologist directly to get precise guidance for your situation.

Ho na, garlic is generally good for us. It has so many health benefits, like for immunity. But kidney ka mamla is thoda sensitive. So, if you have any kidney issues, better to ask the doc before adding anything extra. Just to be safe, haan na.
