Dealing with diabetes and trying to figure out diet is so hard, I totally get it. It feels like everything is a question mark. My doctor said small amounts of garlic are fine and might even help, so don't stress too much.

From my experience, garlic is a good addition to a diabetic diet. My doctor advised me to include it in my cooking regularly, maybe 1-2 cloves a day. It helps with flavour and has some good properties for blood sugar. Just don't overdo it or think it's a replacement for medicines.

Definitely. Garlic is known to have properties that can help with blood sugar regulation. My nutritionist put it on my diet plan. Just ensure it's part of a balanced diet, not a miracle cure.

Oh yes! Garlic is fantastic! 🧄 My dad has diabetes and he eats it every day in his food. It's a natural way to add flavor and some goodness. Just make sure to check with your doc too! 😊

Beta, in our times, we always used garlic for everything good. For sugar also, I have heard many times it is beneficial. You can add it in your sabzi and dal, but do remember to follow what the doctor says first and foremost for your illness.
