Is fried liver good for you?
My mother always tells me that liver is very nutritious. I like it fried, but I'm wondering if fried liver is actually good for you, or if the frying cancels out the benefits?

Liver itself has lots of iron and vitamins, which is good. But when you fry it, especially deep fry, you add a lot of unhealthy fat. If you want the benefits of liver, maybe try it lightly sautéed or in a curry with less oil. For serious health concerns, a doctor is always best.
Liver is nutritious, but frying adds fat. Keep that in mind.
My friend had issues with high cholesterol and her doctor strictly advised against fried foods, even if the main ingredient was healthy. Liver is good but frying can change that. Please, always ask a doctor if you have any underlying conditions.
Haan, agree with others. Liver is healthy, but the frying part might not be.
As someone with high BP, I'm very careful about fried items. Liver has cholesterol already, and then frying just adds more unhealthy fats. It's better to stick to healthier cooking methods and get regular checkups to monitor your BP.
Dude, liver is super rich in iron and stuff, my mom makes it for me sometimes when I'm tired. But fried? That just makes it super heavy and oily. Maybe air fry it instead if you want that crunch without the oil?
Nourish your body with what is pure and light. Liver itself can be good for vitality. But too much oil and frying creates heaviness. Eat mindfully, listen to your body, and always choose peace in your food and thoughts. Take care.
