Is frankincense good for eczema?

My son has really bad eczema on his arms and legs, and the doctor's creams only help a little. Someone at the mosque told my wife that frankincense can be good for skin conditions. Is there any truth to frankincense being good for eczema?

Eczema, like many skin conditions, can sometimes be linked to internal health, just like thyroid issues. While natural remedies like frankincense might offer some relief, please get a proper diagnosis and treatment plan from a dermatologist. Don't rely solely on home remedies for chronic conditions.

For eczema, people often try many things because it's so frustrating. Frankincense has anti-inflammatory properties, so some dilute it in a carrier oil and apply. But skin conditions can react very differently for everyone. Always patch test first, and please, see a dermatologist for proper treatment. They can tell you what's truly safe and effective.

With skin issues like eczema, it's so easy to get desperate and try everything. Like with PCOS, what works for one might not work for another. I've read about frankincense for inflammation, but skin can be sensitive. Be cautious and always check with a skin specialist before applying anything new, especially on irritated skin.

Mmm, frankincense... sounds fancy! But for eczema, I'd say maybe focus on what you're eating too? Sometimes certain foods can trigger flare-ups. I mean, I love my biryani, but if it made my skin act up, I'd definitely think twice. And yeah, for actual treatment, doc hi best hai!

Sometimes stress can aggravate skin conditions like eczema. While specific herbs can be helpful, I find that a holistic approach with gentle yoga and pranayama, along with doctor-prescribed medication, brings more peace. Frankincense oil (diluted) is calming for some, but listen to your body and consult a specialist.

Hey, I get how annoying eczema can be! Don't stress too much about finding a miracle cure. While frankincense might have some good properties, it's not a magic bullet. Just try to keep your skin moisturised, identify triggers, and talk to a skin doc. They'll give you the best advice, seriously.
