Is fiber good for diabetics?

My father has diabetes and his doctor always tells him to eat more fibrous foods. I was wondering, is fiber really that important for diabetics to manage their condition?

Yes, absolutely! Fiber is really good for diabetics. It helps control blood sugar levels. Don't ignore good advice on diet, I ignored some health signals in the past and regretted it. Always consult your doctor for a proper diet plan.

Haan ji, fiber is very good for sugar patients. It helps keep the sugar slow-slow in the blood. Eat more sabzi and dal, it's good for health. Our doctor also tells us to eat fiber-rich food.

I was just looking into this too! Apparently, fiber can help diabetics by slowing down sugar absorption and improving blood sugar control. So it seems like a big yes!
