Feta cheese is generally low in carbs and has moderate protein, so it *can* be a decent option for diabetics in moderation. However, it's also high in sodium and saturated fat, which need to be considered, especially if you have other co-morbidities like high blood pressure. Always integrate new foods into your diet based on your doctor's or dietitian's advice.

Haan, Feta cheese is low-carb, so in that sense, it's better than many other cheeses for diabetics. But na, it's also quite salty, so thoda dhyan rakhna padta hai agar BP ka issue hai. Moderation is key, just like with everything else.

Feta cheese for diabetics? At this point, I'd eat anything that promises to not make my blood sugar spike AND helps me sleep! Haha. But really, it's low carb, so it sounds like a decent option if you watch the salt. Good luck to all the cheese-loving diabetics!

Dekho, Feta cheese kha sakte ho, but thoda hi. It's better than paneer sometimes because it's less fatty, but salt bahut hota hai. So, agar diabetes ke saath BP bhi hai, toh kam khao. Simple daal-roti-sabzi is always the best for managing health and budget.

For vegetarians managing diabetes, finding good low-carb, high-protein options can be tricky. Feta, being low in carbs, can fit, but its high sodium content means portion control is critical. I'd suggest pairing it with lots of fresh vegetables to balance it out and get fiber, and monitor your blood sugar.
