Is fatty liver disease curable?

My father was diagnosed with fatty liver disease a few months back. The doctor told him to make some lifestyle changes. Can this disease be fully cured if he follows all the advice, or is it a lifelong condition to manage?

Beta, if it's caught early, then yes, it can be reversed with good eating habits and daily physical activity. Ghar ka khaana is best, and avoid all that outside junk. Some people also find lukewarm water with lemon in the morning helpful, but always ask your doctor first.

Definitely curable in early stages! My fitness app helped me track my diet and activity levels when I was told I had borderline fatty liver. Focus on a low-carb, high-protein diet and aim for at least 150 mins of moderate exercise per week. It makes a huge difference.

Haan, bilkul. If it's non-alcoholic fatty liver, usually it can be reversed. It's all about making serious diet changes, cutting out sugar, and exercising regularly. No magic pill, just discipline. Go see a doctor and get a plan.

For most non-alcoholic fatty liver cases, it's absolutely reversible. The key is aggressive lifestyle modification – diet control, weight loss if needed, and regular physical activity. Consult a gastroenterologist for personalized guidance. Don't delay.

While many cases of fatty liver, especially NAFLD, can be reversed with lifestyle changes, it's important to remember that 'curable' depends on the stage and other co-existing conditions. For me, with PCOS, everything is interconnected, so a holistic approach is key. Always best to discuss your specific situation with a specialist.

I was diagnosed with mild fatty liver, and with consistent effort, I was able to reverse it. I focused on eating more vegetables, cutting out sugary drinks completely, and walking daily. It's not a quick fix, but it's definitely possible if you stick to it. Good luck!

My mother-in-law used to say that any problem in the body can be fixed with good food and discipline. For fatty liver, our doctor also confirmed that in early stages, it can be reversed with proper diet and exercise. So don't worry, just follow what the doctor advises carefully.

Curable? If 'curable' means I have to give up my late-night snacks and actually go for walks, then yes, probably. My doctor said it's all about eating less oily food and getting some exercise. Easier said than done when you're always tired!

Haan, humare gaon mein bhi kuch log ko hua tha, aur sab ne doctor ki baat sun kar aur achha khaana kha kar theek kar liya. Bas mehnat lagti hai. Apne liye sehat banana hai, toh karna padega. Himmat rakho.

Oh, I hope it is curable. I'm just learning about this. So, does that mean if you change your diet and exercise, it goes away completely? Or is it like managing a condition for life?

Yes, in many cases, it is. The good thing is that the solution doesn't require expensive medicines or surgeries for most people. Simple, consistent changes like eating home-cooked food, cutting out sugary drinks, and daily walks can make a big difference. It's about building healthy habits.

Many natural ways like proper diet, reducing sugar, and daily yoga help a lot. However, it is always important to consult a doctor to know your exact condition and combine their treatment with these home efforts. Don't rely only on one thing.

My uncle had it and got rid of it with proper diet and some exercise. So yeah, in many cases, it's reversible. Just need to be disciplined, which is tough with hostel food, haha! But it's possible.
