Is exercise good for arthritis?

My knees have started aching a lot lately, and the doctor said it might be arthritis. My neighbor suggested doing some light exercises, but I'm worried it will make the pain worse. Kya exercise karna sahi rahega is condition mein?

Hamare yahan log kehte hain ki joint pain mein aaram karna chahiye, par thoda ghoomna-phelna zaroori hai. Simple exercises and mild stretching keep the joints from jamming up. Just do what is comfortable and don't lift heavy weights.

I know how depressing it feels when even getting out of bed is painful, and the thought of exercise makes you want to cry. But starting very gentle joint movements actually reduced my morning stiffness over time. Please be kind to yourself and take it one small step at a time.

Don't follow random YouTube joint exercise videos for arthritis, as wrong angles can worsen cartilage damage. You must get your rheumatoid or osteoarthritis diagnosed properly. Verify every movement with a qualified physiotherapist first.

I tried various hot oils and herbal pastes, but nothing worked as well as gentle daily walking. Keeping the joints moving is the real key to reducing arthritis pain. Just make sure you wear very comfortable orthotic footwear while walking.

I have been managing knee arthritis for ten years now. Gentle swimming or static cycling is highly effective because they don't put direct pressure on your knees. Never exercise when your joints are actively inflamed or swollen; rest during flare-ups.
