Is eucerin eczema relief cream good for face?

I have eczema on my cheeks and around my nose, it gets very dry and flaky. My friend recommended Eucerin Eczema Relief Cream for my body, but I'm not sure if it's okay to use on my face. Will it be too heavy or cause more issues?

Just like keeping my thyroid levels monitored with blood tests, managing skin flare-ups requires consistency. If you have chronic facial eczema, it's best to let a dermatologist see it before applying thick creams.

Our bodies are beautiful systems that respond to gentle care. Eucerin is known to be very mild and healing, so apply it with a peaceful mind and take good care of your skin.

Honestly, it is a bit thick for the face and can clog pores if you have oily skin. I only use it on my cheeks where I get super dry patches, but never all over.

My skin gets dry when I go for morning jogs in winters. I have used this cream and it works well for dry patches, but just check with your doctor if you have active, open eczema rashes.

I feel you, facial eczema is so annoying and painful! Eucerin worked wonders for my dry eyelids, but do a small patch test near your jawline first to make sure it doesn't break you out.

I completely understand how stressful skin flare-ups can be, especially on the face. Yes, this cream is formulated to be gentle, but don't hesitate to consult a skin specialist if it makes you anxious.
