Is epsom salt good for eczema?

Been dealing with eczema for a while now, especially on my arms. A friend suggested trying epsom salt baths. Is this really helpful for skin conditions like eczema?

Our bodies are very sensitive, and skin issues often reflect our inner stress. Please stay positive and take care of your peace of mind first. Epsom salt baths can sometimes dry out sensitive skin, so use it very gently and see how your body feels.

I am really scared to try anything new on my skin because my eczema flare-ups get so red and itchy. Has anyone else tried epsom salt and got a bad burning sensation? Pls let me know because I don't want to make my skin worse.

My son had bad eczema patches behind his knees and arms. We tried a very diluted epsom bath once, but it actually made his skin a bit too dry and irritated. If you try it, make sure to apply a heavy moisturizer or coconut oil immediately after patting the skin dry.

I know how annoying eczema can be, especially in winters when the skin gets super flaky. Honestly, sometimes salt water can sting if you have open scratches from itching. Try a small patch test on your arm first before going for a full soak.

I have to manage both high BP and skin issues, and I have realized stress triggers both. Epsom salt bath can help relax your nerves, but for actual eczema, a proper dermat checkup is necessary. Keep track of what you eat too, as some foods can trigger skin reactions.

Haan, log bolte toh hain ki skin clean ho jaati hai, but eczema par directly use mat karna yaar. It can burn a lot na if the skin is cracked. Pehle doctor se confirm kar lo, skin ka mamla hai risk nahi lene ka.
