Is ensure max protein good for diabetics?

My brother has diabetes and needs more protein in his diet. I saw Ensure Max Protein at the chemist. Is Ensure Max Protein good for diabetics, specifically with their sugar levels?

I am too tired to make fancy low-sugar meals at night, so I checked this. Ensure Max Protein has very low sugar, so it is actually safe for diabetics. Just read the label once to be sure you bought the right one.

Yes, I have been using Ensure Max Protein for a few months. It has only 1 gram of sugar, so it doesn't spike my blood sugar levels at all. It is actually a great option if you need extra protein.

Yes, it is suitable. It contains 30g of protein and only 1g of sugar, making it safe for managing diabetes.

Please don't start any protein drink without checking your kidney function first if you have diabetes. I ignored my microalbuminuria symptoms and had issues later. Get your kidney tests done before increasing protein.

Ensure Max Protein is good for diabetes since it has low sugar, but it is quite expensive. You can also get cheap protein from boiled egg whites or sattu. Plan your budget and consult your dietitian once.

I panicked when my doctor suggested a protein supplement for my diabetes, thinking it would have hidden sugars. But Ensure Max Protein is practically sugar-free and safe. My levels have stayed totally normal.
