Normal wala Ensure mat lena yaar, usme sugar hota hai. Diabetes ke liye alag se 'Ensure Diabetes Care' aata hai, woh try karo na. Woh sugar levels control me rakhta hai.

Since I have thyroid and fluctuating sugar, I am very careful. Standard Ensure has sugar which is not good. Please check your HbA1c levels first and then consult your doctor before starting any supplement.

Regular Ensure is not suitable because of sugar content. You should specifically buy Ensure Diabetes Care which is made for diabetic patients.

I once blindly drank standard health supplements without checking and my sugar crossed 300. Don't make that mistake. Buy only the specific diabetic version of Ensure and always consult a doctor first.

These packaged drinks are fine in emergency, but nothing beats home remedies like roasted chana or methi water for diabetes. If you must use Ensure, only buy the special sugar-free diabetic pack from the pharmacy.

I always prefer home food like ragi porridge for managing diabetes naturally. But if you are very weak, you can take the diabetic version of Ensure. Just make sure to get a proper prescription from your doctor first.

My dad has type 2 diabetes and he drinks Ensure Diabetes Care when he is rushing for work. Just don't get the regular chocolate or vanilla one from the supermarket, those have normal sugar.
