Is ensure bad for your liver?

I totally get it, when we start any new health drink we worry about its side effects on organs. But Ensure is standard nutrition and safe. If you still feel anxious, a simple liver function test can give you peace of mind.

Ensure is basically a food supplement with vitamins and protein. Unless you have fatty liver or cirrhosis where protein intake needs strict monitoring, it is totally fine. Ask your physician once to be sure.

It is generally very safe and won't harm your liver. Just make sure to take it in the recommended quantity.
