Is elevated liver enzymes serious?

The doctor just told me my liver enzymes are elevated, and I'm quite anxious about it. Is this something serious that I need to be really concerned about? What does it usually indicate?

Elevated enzymes thoda serious mamla ho sakta hai, haan. Iska matlab liver mein thodi sujan ya strain hai. Ise halke mein mat lo aur turant kisi acche specialist ko dikha kar test karwa lo, na.

According to clinical studies, elevated ALT and AST levels indicate hepatocellular injury, which could range from mild fatty liver to hepatitis. My doctor explained that a single high reading isn't enough to diagnose, but a repeat test and abdominal ultrasound are necessary to rule out chronic issues. Please consult a gastroenterologist.

With my terrible sleep cycle and late-night stress eating, my liver is probably screaming for help. Elevated enzymes are definitely a wake-up call to stop abusing your body. Go see a doctor before your liver completely goes on strike!

It can become serious if you ignore it, but if caught early, it is highly reversible. I had elevated enzymes due to fatty liver, but cutting out sugar, reducing carbs, and daily exercise brought it down in three months. Don't ignore the warning; get a doctor's advice and change your lifestyle.
