Is eczema contagious by touching?

My niece has bad eczema on her arms and I'm always worried about touching her. Can eczema be spread just by touching someone who has it?

Arrey yaar, bilkul nahi! Eczema touching se nahi failta hai, yeh koi infection nahi hai. So don't worry about shaking hands or hugging anyone, relax karo aur dhang ka skin doctor dikhao.

Haan na, people sometimes look at the red patches and get scared, but it does not spread by touch at all. It is just our own skin barrier being weak. Just use a good moisturizer and don't worry about others.

Nope, not contagious at all! 😊 You can hug your loved ones and touch anyone without any fear. It's just a personal skin sensitivity issue, so stay happy and stress-free! 🌸

No, it is not contagious by touching. It is just an individual skin sensitivity, so you can freely interact with everyone. Take good care of your skin.

Beta, I have had eczema on my hands for forty years, and my family has touched my hands daily without ever catching it. It is just dry skin that gets red, not a disease that spreads. Be at peace.
