Is dyshidrotic eczema dangerous?

My cousin recently developed dyshidrotic eczema, and he's quite distressed about it. He's worried it might be a very serious condition. Is dyshidrotic eczema considered dangerous in any way?

Dangerous toh nahi hai, par isko bilkul ignore mat karna. Maine blisters ko scratching kar-kar ke khol diya tha jisse severe bacterial infection ho gaya aur haath me bohot sujan aa gayi thi. Agar blisters peeli dikhein ya dukhne lagein, toh turant doctor ko dikhao.

Oh god, when I first saw those bumps on my fingers, I panicked thinking it was some rare disease! But trust me, it's not dangerous at all, just super annoying and itchy. Just make sure you don't scratch them to avoid infections, and stay strong, it usually heals in a couple of weeks.

Mujhe abhi pichle hafte hi ye daane haath par hue hain aur mai bohot darr gayi thi. Kya ye bina kisi heavy treatment ke apne aap thik ho jata hai? Mujhe darr hai ki kahi ye pure body par na phail jaye, please koi help karein.

My dermatologist explained that dyshidrotic eczema is a benign, chronic skin condition characterized by small, itchy fluid-filled vesicles on the palms and soles. It is not life-threatening or dangerous at all. However, severe cases can cause deep painful cracks that impair daily work, which is why a prescription-strength corticosteroid is often needed.
