Is diabetes communicable?

My father recently got diagnosed with diabetes, and I'm very concerned. I spend a lot of time with him. Can I catch it from him, or is diabetes communicable?

No, absolutely not. You can't catch diabetes from someone like a cold or flu. It's an internal metabolic issue. I was recently diagnosed with pre-diabetes and my doctor emphasized it's not contagious. Focus on diet and exercise!

Nope, not at all! You can't 'catch' diabetes. 😊 It's a non-communicable condition. So no need to worry about it spreading! ✨

Na bhai, diabetes communicable nahi hota. Yeh koi chhoot ki beemari nahi hai. Isko pakad nahi sakte kisi se. Haan, agar ghar mein kisi ko hai toh chances badh jaate hain, par woh genetics ki wajah se hai, contagion nahi.

No, diabetes is not communicable, it's not something that spreads from person to person. It's a health condition that affects an individual's body. I've tried many home remedies for general health, but for diabetes itself, it's about lifestyle and what's happening inside your body.

Definitely not communicable. Don't fall for any strange theories you find online about catching it. Diabetes is a metabolic disorder. Always get your information from trusted medical sources and verify with your doctor.

No, diabetes is not a communicable disease. It's a non-communicable disease, meaning it cannot be passed from one person to another. Its causes are typically genetic, environmental, or related to lifestyle. Always consult a doctor for accurate medical advice.

Absolutely not, beta. I've seen so many people with diabetes over the years, and it never spreads from one person to another. It's something that happens inside your own body. So don't worry about that at all.

I can only speak from what I've heard and experienced. My aunt has diabetes, and no one in the family 'caught' it from her. So, from my observation, it doesn't spread like an infection. But for scientific explanation, a doctor is the best person.
