Is delta 8 bad for your liver?

My friend has been using Delta 8 products and says they help with stress. I was thinking of trying them but then I heard something about it potentially being bad for the liver. Is that true?

It's totally understandable to be worried about things affecting your health, especially your liver. Any substance that's not thoroughly regulated can pose risks, and Delta 8 is still quite new. To ease your mind and get accurate information, please consult a doctor. Don't let the anxiety build up.

For something like Delta 8, which isn't a traditional medicine, you *must* talk to a doctor from a reputable hospital. They can explain the potential risks, especially concerning your liver, as it metabolizes most substances. Don't experiment or rely on anecdotal evidence for your health.

While I often prefer natural solutions, for something like Delta 8, which is not a common home remedy, I would be very cautious. Your liver is a very important organ. It's always best to get clear medical advice before trying any new substance, to protect your health. Don't take risks with your liver.

My doctor always stresses avoiding anything that puts extra strain on the body, especially things not properly regulated. For people with conditions like high BP, or really anyone, liver health is critical. I'd strongly advise against using Delta 8 without a doctor's explicit approval and regular liver function check-ups.
