Is deep sleep good?

Sometimes I wake up feeling like I haven't slept at all, even after many hours. My friend told me I need more 'deep sleep.' Is deep sleep really that important for our health?

Oh, definitely! Deep sleep is like the best detox for your brain and body. Whenever I get a good deep sleep, I wake up feeling so refreshed and energetic. It really makes a difference to my mood and productivity for the whole day.

Yeah, I've heard it's super important for recovery and memory. Does anyone else feel super groggy and tired if they don't get enough deep sleep, even if they sleep for 8 hours? I always worry if my sleep quality is good enough.

Absolutely! For kids especially, deep sleep is crucial for growth and development. My son was having trouble sleeping, and once we improved his sleep routine, his energy levels and concentration really improved.

Deep sleep is non-negotiable for overall health, full stop. It's when your body repairs itself, consolidates memories. Don't underestimate its importance; prioritize it for sure.

Haan, deep sleep is very good. It makes you feel fresh and ready for the day. Simple things like a quiet, dark room and a fixed sleep schedule really help achieve it without needing anything fancy.
