Is decreased urine output a sign of kidney failure?

My father has been having very little urine output lately, and we are quite worried. We read online that decreased urine output can be a sign of kidney failure. Is this always the case?

Beta, jab bhi sharir mein aisi koi badi takleef ho, toh ghar ke nuskhe se pehle doctor ko dikhana chahiye. Kam peshab aana bohot gambhir baat ho sakti hai. Yeh sirf pani kam peene se nahi hota, kuch aur bhi problem ho sakti hai. Jaldi jao, der mat karo.

Yes, decreased urine output is a serious symptom and can definitely be a sign of kidney issues, including kidney failure. It could also be due to dehydration or other causes. The practical solution is to not delay and get it checked by a doctor immediately. Don't self-diagnose or wait. It's not something to take lightly.

Arre baap re! Yeh toh acchi baat nahi hai. Jab peshab kam ho toh turant doctor ke paas jaana chahiye. Humare gaon mein bhi aise kisi ko hota hai toh sabse pehle doctor ke paas bhagate hain. Kidney ka mamla hai, ismein bilkul bhi der nahi karni chahiye.

I actually experienced this last year. My urine output significantly dropped, and it turned out my kidneys were struggling. It was very scary. It's a definite red flag and needs immediate medical attention. Don't wait. Go to the doctor, they'll do tests to figure out what's really going on.

This is a serious medical symptom that needs professional diagnosis, not speculation from the internet. Decreased urine output can be a sign of many things, kidney failure being one of the most critical. Do NOT try any home remedies or wait. Go to a doctor or hospital immediately for proper medical evaluation.

Ugh, another thing to worry about when I'm already too tired to think! But seriously, if your pee is suddenly going MIA, that's not good. It's like your body's alarm bell. So don't just hope it gets better, go get it checked ASAP! No time for jokes on this one.
