Is dandruff a bad thing?

I've always had a little dandruff, but my friend keeps telling me it's a very bad thing. Is it really that problematic?

Dandruff is not a bad thing or a medical emergency, so don't spend thousands of rupees on expensive clinic treatments. Just buy a simple ketoconazole shampoo from your local pharmacy for 200 rupees. It is highly cost-effective and works perfectly.

It is not dangerous, but sometimes high stress levels can worsen both your blood pressure and your dandruff. Focus on a balanced lifestyle, sleep on time, and get a regular health check-up done to keep everything balanced.

Not at all, it's just dead skin cells shedding. It is extremely common and very easy to manage.

It is absolutely not a bad thing, my child. Almost everyone gets dandruff at some point due to dry weather or changing water. Just wash your hair twice a week and don't let it stress you out.

I used to panic thinking dandruff meant I was losing all my hair or that I had some severe scalp infection. But honestly, it's just a normal issue and doesn't mean anything is seriously wrong with your health. Don't worry too much!

No need to worry, dandruff is completely harmless and very common. Just keep your scalp clean and use a mild shampoo regularly.

Haan na, dandruff is just annoying because of the itching and flakes on black shirts, but it is not a dangerous disease at all. Just use a good anti-dandruff shampoo once a week and chill, ho na!
