At 53, my liver has survived years of heavy wedding feasts, so I started drinking this bitter dandelion tea hoping for a miracle. Honestly, it tastes like boiled grass but my digestion feels slightly lighter. Don't expect it to magically erase your junk food habits though!

Please be very careful before trying these herbal detox teas. I drank dandelion tea daily for a gallbladder issue and it actually worsened my inflammation because of bile blockage. You must consult a doctor and get an ultrasound done before self-treating.

Haan na, everyone on YouTube is recommending dandelion root tea these days for liver cleanse. But actually, we should not blindly follow these trends. It is always better to get a proper LFT blood test done first, na?

I know how stressful it feels when your liver reports come back slightly high and you start panicking. I cried for days looking for natural cures and bought dandelion tea out of desperation. It is okay to try, but please don't let the anxiety take over—just follow your doctor's advice.

I can only speak from my own experience with mild fatty liver. I replaced my evening milk tea with dandelion root tea for a month and noticed less bloating. But I also quit eating deep-fried snacks, so that probably helped more.
