I was just reading about this on a health forum yesterday because I also have PCOS. Some studies say it helps with muscle strength and insulin, but others say it might increase water retention. Honestly, it seems a bit confusing so I’m holding off on it.

I always go to my gynecologist at Apollo before starting any new vitamin or fitness powder. With PCOS, our hormone levels are already sensitive. Please ask your doctor for a proper blood panel before adding creatine to your routine.

Since PCOS also involves insulin resistance just like diabetes, you have to be very careful with what you process. I always check my blood sugar response before trying any fitness supplement. Please consult an endocrinologist first to see how it affects your insulin levels.

Managing these hormones is a full-time job, truly! Every week there is a new miracle supplement in the market. I would say don't jump into creatine too fast, sometimes simple walking and cutting down tea time sugar is enough to feel better.

Listen, don't stress too much about all these complicated supplements. PCOS is super common and totally manageable. Just take it easy, eat green veggies, sleep on time, and if you really want to try creatine, get your doctor's okay first.

A lot of women in my gym ask about creatine for PCOS. It can definitely help with strength training and managing energy levels, but it is not a magic cure. Keep your nutrition clean first, focus on lifting weights, and talk to your coach and doc.

Beta, in our times we used to manage these hormonal imbalances with simple methi seeds, cinnamon water, and walking daily. These modern powders can sometimes heat up the body. Better to stick to simple home routines and ask your doctor.
