Is creatine good for liver?

My brother takes creatine for his workouts and says it's totally safe. But my mom is always worried about supplements affecting internal organs. Is creatine actually good for your liver, or at least not harmful?

Simple thing—creatine is for gym strength, not a liver tonic. If your liver is healthy, creatine won't harm it at all. But don't expect it to cure any liver problems; for that, you need a clean diet and doctor's advice.

Let's be direct—creatine doesn't harm a healthy liver, but it doesn't do anything 'good' or therapeutic for it either. It's strictly for muscle performance. If you have no liver issues, go ahead, otherwise don't risk it.

Haan, research toh yahi kehti hai ki liver ke liye creatine bilkul safe hai agar aap healthy ho. Bas paani dhang se peena aur faltoo local brands se bacho na.

It is safe for a healthy liver and won't cause damage, but always drink extra water to help your body process it.

I faced severe liver enzyme fluctuations after starting self-prescribed supplements last year. Please do not take liver health lightly. Go to a doctor and get an LFT blood test done before starting any new fitness powder.

I've been using creatine for 5 years and my liver reports are perfect. The realistic tip is to stick to 3-5 grams of pure creatine monohydrate daily, buy from certified brands, and check your blood work annually just to be safe.
