Is creatine good for fatty liver?

Recently got diagnosed with fatty liver, and I'm trying to find ways to improve my health. I'm also into fitness, so I was wondering if creatine could be beneficial for fatty liver condition, or if it's something I should avoid.

I was researching this because my cousin has fatty liver and goes to the gym. Some studies actually suggest creatine might reduce fat accumulation in the liver, but it's not a proven cure. It is definitely interesting to read about though.

Hey, don't stress too much about fatty liver. Creatine is generally fine and won't make it worse, but the real solution is cutting down sugar and alcohol. Focus on eating clean and you'll be absolutely fine, buddy.

In my journey, practicing Kapalbhati pranayama and eating fresh, bitter vegetables like bitter gourd have helped rejuvenate the liver naturally. Creatine is a heavy supplement, and a fatty liver is already stressed, so natural methods are always gentler.

Look, creatine is not a medicine for fatty liver. If you want to fix fatty liver, you need to lose weight, exercise, and stop eating deep-fried food. Creatine will only help you in gym workouts, nothing else.

Man, fatty liver means we need to cut down on those heavy butter chickens and late-night biryanis first! Creatine won't help you burn liver fat if the diet is still messy. Fix the food cravings first, then think about supplements.

I can't offer medical advice, but when I had grade 1 fatty liver, I focused purely on a balanced diet and regular walks. I avoided all gym supplements like creatine until my liver enzymes went back to normal, just to play it safe.
