Is creatine good for arthritis?

My knees have been aching quite a bit lately, especially in the mornings. Someone in my yoga group mentioned that creatine might help with arthritis. Is there any benefit to taking it for joint pain?

Bhai, gathiya (arthritis) ke dard ke liye humare yahan log malish aur halki kasrat karte hain. Creatine toh pehelwan log khate hain takat ke liye. Aap doctor sahab se pooch kar hi aisi cheezein shuru karein.

In my years of dealing with joint pains, I've learned that building muscle strength around the joints helps immensely. Creatine can help improve muscle mass, which might indirectly ease the load on your joints. Don't worry, just start with very light exercises.

I have to deal with chronic inflammation due to PCOS, so I understand joint stiffness. Creatine is mostly for muscle energy and might not directly reduce arthritis inflammation, but it can help with leg strength. It is best to ask your specialist before trying it.

Honestly, my knees creak like old doors because of lack of sleep and fatigue. Creatine is great for gym-goers to build muscle, but it won't magically oil your joints if you have arthritis. Ask your doc before buying expensive tubs!

For joint health, gentle stretching and pranayama to improve blood circulation have worked wonders in my life. Creatine is a synthetic supplement that might strengthen muscles, but natural, low-impact movement is much safer for arthritis.
