Is creatine bad for your liver?

My gym friends swear by creatine for muscle gain, but I'm a bit worried. Heard some stories about it being bad for the liver. Is that true or just a myth?

I have to be very careful with supplements due to my high blood pressure and regular medications. Creatine is processed by the body and generally safe for the liver, but always get your regular liver function tests (LFT) checked to be completely sure.

At 47, my liver complains if I eat one extra samosa, but research says creatine is actually innocent! It shouldn't hurt your liver at all as long as you aren't mixing it with unhealthy energy drinks. Just keep your water bottle full.

I know how terrifying it is when you hear people say supplements will ruin your health, it makes you feel so anxious. Please be reassured that creatine is highly researched and safe for the liver. You are doing great by checking first.

Haan, creatine safe hai liver ke liye, koi problem nahi hoti general cases mein. Bas trusted brand ka lena aur bohot saara paani peena, sasta nakli brand mat le lena na.

For liver health, simple home remedies like drinking warm water with lemon and eating fresh gourd juice are excellent. Modern powders like creatine should be used carefully. If you have any liver pain or jaundice, please see a doctor immediately.

I manage my diabetes very carefully and look at every supplement's impact on my metabolism. Creatine has no major negative effect on liver enzymes in healthy people, but if you have diabetic liver changes, run it by your doctor first.
