Is cranberry juice good for kidney creatinine?

My recent blood tests showed slightly elevated creatinine levels, which my doctor said indicates my kidneys need some attention. I've heard cranberry juice is good for kidneys. Can cranberry juice help with kidney creatinine levels?

Honestly, cranberry juice is okay for UTIs, but it doesn't really lower high creatinine levels. If your lab reports are showing elevated levels, you need to check with a doctor to find the real reason. Just drinking juice won't fix kidney function issues.

I am not completely sure about creatinine, but I drink cranberry juice sometimes for general bladder health. Just make sure you aren't buying the sweet sugary ones because excess sugar can put more stress on your body. Definitely get a doctor's opinion before using it as a treatment.

High creatinine is something you shouldn't self-manage at all. I have thyroid and learned the hard way that regular blood tests are the only way to track these things. Go see a specialist and get a proper kidney function test done first.

Short answer is no, it doesn't magically bring down creatinine. Don't rely on random juice diets for serious stuff like kidney health. Get your blood work done and let a nephrologist handle this.

Hey, don't stress too much about the reports right away! Sometimes minor dehydration also makes the creatinine levels fluctuate thoda up and down. Drink normal water, stay hydrated, and just have a quick chat with your doctor to be safe.
