Is cranberry good for liver?

I'm trying to improve my overall health and a friend told me that cranberry is very good for the liver. I've heard it's good for UTIs, but liver? Is there any truth to this, or should I not rely on it?

Look, cranberries have antioxidants which are generally good, but they are not some miracle cure for liver diseases. If you want a healthy liver, stop eating heavy oily foods and reduce alcohol first.

Beta, cranberry is a foreign fruit and not easily available in our villages. Eating fresh home-cooked food, green vegetables, and drinking clean water is the best way to keep your liver and body healthy.

I read online that cranberries can help prevent fatty liver because of their high antioxidant levels. I started adding a few dried cranberries to my morning oats, and it tastes great and feels very light.

Cranberries are rich in antioxidants which help cleanse the body naturally. Along with eating such fruits, practicing daily Pranayama and Kapalbhati helps improve blood circulation and supports liver health beautifully.

When I was diagnosed with mild fatty liver, I was so stressed and started searching for every food remedy under the sun. Cranberries can support, but honestly, working closely with my doctor and changing my lifestyle is what actually gave me peace of mind.
