Is copper good for arthritis?

My joints have been really painful lately, and my neighbor suggested wearing a copper bracelet for my arthritis. She said it helps with inflammation. Is copper actually good for arthritis symptoms?

Actually yaar, wearing those copper kadaas is super common in India, my dadi also swore by it. But honestly, scientifically there is no solid proof that it cures arthritis pain. It looks cool, but don't rely only on that for joint pain, go see a doctor.

Please do not make the mistake I did by relying on copper bracelets and home remedies while my joint pain kept getting worse. I delayed seeing a rheumatologist for two years, and now my joints have permanent damage. Get a proper medical checkup done immediately.

Let's be real, copper bottles and bracelets are just marketing trends now. There is zero clinical evidence that copper treats rheumatoid or osteoarthritis. Save your money, go to a proper hospital, and get prescribed anti-inflammatory medicines.

I try to be very careful with mineral supplements because excess copper can cause heavy metal toxicity if not monitored. While copper has some anti-inflammatory properties, it's best to consult your doctor before starting any copper supplements or using it as a main treatment.

I panicked when my knees started creaking and bought all sorts of copper-infused bands online thinking I had severe arthritis. Later, my physio told me it was just mild muscle weakness. A few simple exercises fixed it, so don't worry too much, just get a simple checkup done.
