Is coke zero bad for diabetics?

I have diabetes and I've switched to Coke Zero thinking it's a healthier option since it has no sugar. Is Coke Zero truly okay for diabetics, or are there hidden downsides I should know about?

I thought artificial sweeteners were totally safe and drank diet sodas daily, but my HbA1c still fluctuated and my gut health got ruined. Please don't blindly trust zero-sugar labels without checking with your endocrinologist first. Every diabetic body reacts differently to these chemicals.

Honestly, as someone who works night shifts and needs sweet stuff to stay awake, Coke Zero is my guilty pleasure. It won't spike your blood sugar immediately because there is no real sugar, but those chemicals probably aren't great for us long term. I still drink it though, we all need some coping mechanism!

My father has had diabetes for fifteen years, and my mother always tells him to avoid all bottled drinks completely. However, his doctor said an occasional Coke Zero during family functions is okay, but it should not become a daily habit. It is always best to stick to natural drinks like water or light, unsweetened buttermilk.

Our bodies are very sensitive, and keeping them clean from artificial chemicals brings a lot of peace and wellness. While Coke Zero might not raise your sugar levels immediately, nurturing your body with natural fluids is always better. Stay positive, keep doing your daily walks, and take good care of your health.

I was pre-diabetic last year and switched to Coke Zero, but I felt like it actually made my sugar cravings worse the next day. Has anyone else felt that artificial sweeteners make them crave real sweets more? I'm quite worried about this and thinking of quitting it fully.

Bhai, hum toh bas itna jaante hain ki jo cheez factory mein banti hai woh sharir ke liye thodi bhari padti hai. Sugar nahi hai isme yeh thik hai, par hamare hisab se nimbu paani bina chini ke sabse badiya aur surakshit hai. Apne doctor babu se bhi ek baar zaroor pooch lena.

Let's be real. It has zero sugar so your sugar level won't shoot up instantly, but that doesn't mean it is healthy. It still has artificial sweeteners that can increase your sweet cravings later. Have it once in a while if you must, but don't replace your water bottle with it.
