Is coffee bad for your kidneys and liver?

My brother just had some liver issues, and it made me think about my own health. I drink a lot of coffee. Is coffee bad for your kidneys and liver in the long run?

Look, if you drink 5-6 cups of coffee daily and don't drink water, obviously your organs will suffer. Keep it to one or two cups, drink plenty of water, and eat simple home food. Don't overcomplicate it, just use some common sense.

I always worry about organ health and get so anxious reading different articles online. Actually, some research says coffee is good for the liver, but then others say caffeine strains the kidneys. To be safe, I have limited myself to just one light cup a day.

Don't worry too much. Normal amount of coffee is generally safe and even healthy for most people. Just try to live a simple, active lifestyle and listen to your body.

I used to ignore mild digestive and urinary issues and just drank coffee to stay active, which delayed my diagnosis of a fatty liver. Please don't ignore any persistent symptoms or rely only on home tips. Go get your liver and kidney function tests done to be absolutely sure.

Good news! Many studies actually show coffee is super protective for the liver, and perfectly fine for healthy kidneys too. Just don't overload it with sugary syrups and enjoy your daily cup happily.
